When visiting Covington, GA we wanted to try a new spot. This place had amazing looking food and great reviews so we decided to order delivery. The delivery was fast and smooth and the hot foods stayed hot and the sushi stayed fresh. While in Covington I had to order their Covington roll and even though I like my sushi sashimi style I really enjoyed it. The fish was fresh and the whole roll just melted in my mouth with every bite. The rainbow roll and California roll were good too! We ordered a large bowl of steak and noodles and it was a good portion. You get plenty of noodles and steak and the steak was cooked perfectly and was very tender and flavorful. The pork gyozas were also delicious. The pork was flavorful and it was perfectly fried. The crab rangoon was amazing! I've never had a crab random so creamy and oozing with filling. It was definitely a favorite and a must order every time! We really enjoyed everything we ordered and when we visit Covington again we will definitely stop by to try more of their menu items.
Delicious carefully prepared sushi and very kind and obviously very caring staff. Might just be the best sushi in town that doesn't cost a small fortune. (Nothing against the other places but please skip the grocery stores). These are very nice people who keep the place pleasant and clean. Happy Happy!!!
Wonderful from start to finish. We placed an order for pickup. Our order was read back to us and we were given a short window for collecting it. When home, it was very hot, delicious and most importantly our order was perfect -- everything remembered, including side salad with ginger dressing and a side Yakisoba. The portions were larger than expected and we had plenty of sauces. Thank you for getting it so right! We'll see you again soon.
The food here is always good! Always clean and my orders come CORRECT. That's the best thing. I'm also kicking myself for not taking a picture, but their health score when I went today 9/11/24 was 100. Our orders come out quickly and accurately. We're always happy to frequent this place, so I felt I should leave a review.
While Kobe is bit of a hole in the wall restaurant you will not find better sushi east of Atlanta. I like their hibachi dishes too. My recent favorite is their crab Rangoon. The service is always friendly. We have out of town family and they want to get Kobe's sushi every time they are in town.
